How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We normally ship next business day by USPS Ground Advantage which takes 2 to 5 business days. For international orders, delivery times vary.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to contact us to return your items in new and undamaged condition. Contact us for an RMA number to include on the package so we can track your return. Once a return is received, a refund will be issued back to your account. An exchange is handled as a return and new purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, return the item for a refund and purchase the other item at any time.
How do I change my shipping address?
Contact us with your order number and provide the updated address.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships out, you will received a tracking number to track the delivery of the item online.
Is the price for one ball or two balls?
The Baoding Balls are sold in pairs.
What are the weight of the balls?
The weight of the balls are shown under the “Additional Information” tab of each product.
What does B-Grade mean?
B-grade balls are what we label balls that aren't as pretty as what we normally get due to imperfections on the surface of the ball. Or in the case of gemstones, the color may also be a lower grade. They are still spheres and can be used for exercise.

What are the USA shipping fees?
Shipping is free in the USA for orders over $25. Orders less than that have a small $5.00 shipping fee.
What are the international shipping fees?
Shipping costs to other countries vary by what you order and can be viewed in the shopping cart. Note: Your country may charge duties & taxes
