Prehnite Baoding Balls

Prehnite is a light apple green stone with a translucent appearance. You can see through the surface and look at all the unique mineral inclusions. It is sometimes called “grape jade” because it forms in nodules which looks like a bunch of grapes. Due to the way prehnite forms, carvings often have mineral holes. Prehnite baoding balls will have areas filled to create a smooth surface.
